Children's Coordination in Economic Games (…and some Comparisons with Chimpanzees)
A series of experiments will be presented in which the coordination skills of young children and our closest evolutionary relatives - the chimpanzees- were compared. After demonstrating species commonalities as well as divergences, further studies will explore the specific mechanisms by which young children solve coordination problems.
