The booking process

When do bookings open?

The fair is now open for bookings, and we encourage you to book as soon as possible!

What fees are involved?

Stand fees are £430 + VAT, with a discounted rate for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) of £322.50 + VAT.

Organisations that pay their stand fees via our online store receive a further discount, taking the full fee down to £400 + VAT (SMEs £300 + VAT).

We will promote your opportunities throughout the leadup to the fair, whether you are recruiting for immediate starts, later in 2026, or for 2027 intakes.
