What to Expect:

5:30 PM – Welcome & Research Showcase: Begin the evening by exploring posters and displays from staff and students highlighting impactful research in health, ageing, and activity.

6:00 PM – Expert Talk: The Long-Term Health Risks of Inactivity in People Aged 50 and Over by Prof Greenhaff.

6:20 PM – Refreshments & Discussion: Enjoy tea, coffee, and cake while chatting with presenters and fellow guests.

6:40 PM – Expert Talk: Using MRI to Quantify Organ Structure and Dynamic Function in Humans by Prof Francis.
