Biography

Dr. Mustafa Al-Shagga obtained his degree in medicine (MD) from Aden University, Yemen. He worked as a medical officer in a teaching hospital and a trainee lecturer of pharmacology. He completed a Master in Medical Sciences (Pharmacology) from the National University of Malaysia. He worked as a lecturer and then senior lecturer in Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS). He joined Newcastle University Medicine Malaysia as a senior lecturer and was then appointed as an assistant professor at the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ Malaysia Campus. Currently he is UG Programme & Accreditation Lead and Associate Professor in the Division of Biomedical Sciences, School of Pharmacy. He recognised as a Fellow of a Higher Education Academy (FHEA) (UK) in 2016, and currently he entitled a Senior Fellow (SFHEA) & certified External Examiner (Advance EA).
