This year’s seasonal e-card is now available for staff to send to colleagues, associates and partner organisations.

How to use (Windows)

  1. Download the corresponding ZIP file (left) and extract the Outlook file
  2. Save the file to your home drive or desktop
  3. Open the file – it should open in Outlook ready to send
  4. Add your personalised message where it says "Your message here..."

If you’re having trouble accessing the ZIP files, please email brand@nottingham.ac.uk and they will be able to provide it in an alternative format.

How to use (Mac)

  1. Email brand@nottingham.ac.uk and specify which version of Outlook you are using (desktop or browser)
  2. If you are using Outlook desktop, the brand team will share the e-card as an attachment. Save the attachment and when opening select "open with Outlook"
  3. If you are using Outlook in your browser, the brand team will share the e-card in the body copy. You can then format this or copy and paste into a blank email
  4. Add your personalised message where it says "Your message here..."
