Rebekah Sousae is a published Stem Cell scientist, and summa cum laude Graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz, with an MA/BS in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology. She is passionate about process and team management, and excels at designing efficient operational practices, and bolstering teams to effectively execute projects.

  As a leader of teams focused on product delivery, Tom Czepowicz has brought to market products in medical diagnostics, electronics, instrumentation and telecommunications devices and solutions. Most recently from GoPro, having designed the NASA Ames/GoogleX prize Mars and Moon missions related cameras for the 2015/2020 launch schedule, Mr. Czepowicz was a natural fit to round out the executive team at OI IP. Tom understands idea design, development, productization and monetization. Mr. Czepowicz is an expert in various scientific fields, holds 4 patents, is a private pilot, sailor, astronomer and builds telescopes. He earned his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Krakow, Poland, and M.E. from Cleveland State University, and an MSME/EE from the University of Krakow, Poland with a focus on Controls and Systems Engineering, Physics, and Psychology

Central Coast Patent Agency, an agency specializing in building patent portfolios for Startups quickly.
